🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / SOC Manager to lead and manage Security Operations Center (SOC) initiatives and cybersecurity projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, SOC operations management, and stakeholder coordination within a cybersecurity environment.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC operations ensuring 24x7 security monitoring and incident response
• Handle end-to-end cybersecurity projects including planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
• Manage incident response, escalation handling, and reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and optimization within SOC
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership review
• Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific security requirements

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience
• At least 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SOC Management
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity domain projects
• Proven experience in managing similar large-scale SOC / cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)
  • Incident Management & Threat Monitoring
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2
• Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP)
• Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
