Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide timely and accurate information to customers
Generate leads through calls and follow-ups
Maintain customer records and update data in MS Office
Conduct customer feedback and survey calls
Support sales activities by promoting services/products
Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Any Stream)
Experience:
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
