About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.

 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
• Follow company processes and service guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

 Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
