🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Inbound – Travel / Credit Card Process)

📍 Location: Noida
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office


🎓 Eligibility:
✔ Undergraduate / Graduate (Both can apply)
✔ Fresher & Experienced candidates welcome
✔ Preference for candidates with International Process experience


💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: 9 AM – 9 PM (Rotational Shifts)
🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
📝 Interview Mode: Virtual & Face-to-Face


🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
🔹 Assist customers with credit card features, offers & rewards
🔹 Provide support for travel bookings & related inquiries
🔹 Resolve issues related to card delivery, lounge access & airport privileges
🔹 Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction

✨ Excellent English Communication Skills
✨ Versant Score: 6 / Niche Level Preferred
✨ Strong Customer Handling Skills
✨ Basic Knowledge of Travel & Credit Card Services
✨ Good Problem-Solving Ability
