RS Top Coder Software Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

  • Present company services and solutions in a professional manner.

  • Generate leads, build relationships, and follow up consistently.

  • Maintain client database and update lead status in CRM.

  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Schedule meetings/demos for the business development team.

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales/inside sales experience.

  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English).

  • Confident and polite phone manner.

  • Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel/CRM).
