HR Executive

We are hiring an hr executive / hr generalist with 2 -4 years of experience in recruitment and hr operations. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day hr activities.

The candidate will handle bulk hiring for technical and non-technical roles, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth hr processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring
• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain hr records, attendance, and hr mis
• Support payroll inputs and hr operations
• Coordinate with teams and handle employee queries
• Assist in performance tracking (kra, kpi)

Required qualifications

• Degree in hr / business administration
• 2- 4 years experience in recruitment and hr operations
• Knowledge of job portals and hr processes
