Human Resource Manager

Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This full-time role is based in Noida in a hybrid arrangement, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves partnering with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, managing HR documentation and compliance, and ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will handle conflict resolution, support learning and development initiatives, manage HR systems and data accuracy, and lead employee engagement activities. Regular responsibilities also include preparing HR reports, monitoring HR metrics, and recommending process improvements to support a positive, high-performing workplace.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Noida and the broader region.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, along with solid skills in documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to design and support training, development, and engagement programs that enhance culture and retention.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a hybrid work setting and exposure to fast-growing or mid-sized organizations will be beneficial.
