The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, converting prospects into sales, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers as per company leads.
Pitch and explain company products/services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Maintain and update records of calls, sales, and client interactions.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Report daily/weekly performance to the Sales Manager.
