About Us

As a Tele sales Officer for Business Banking DSA, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell Taamul's SME Products/Services to the target segment and achieve/exceed monthly targets.
Identify potential customers by referring customer contact databases or by following up on the leads referred by Taamul's call center/personal contacts or by doing cold calls.
Convince customers by highlighting the benefit of Taamul's products v/s competition.
Ensure complete awareness of Taamul's product features, policies, and processes at all times.

Adhere to administrative requirements of maintaining document checklists and submitting daily sales reports and daily call reports.
Maintain effective business relationships with clients to enhance/maintain the Taamul Brand name.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and Taamul information at all times while communicating.
All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager at Taamul.
Business Acquisition:Identify and target potential business clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable business banking solutions, integrating credit review data.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of Taamul's expanding business banking products and services, including current accounts, loans, and other financial solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and credit review best practices.
Documentation and Compliance:Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, including credit review related documents.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Networking:Actively participate in networking events and industry forums to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business banking sales or relationship management in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
