We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can handle our freelancing platform accounts (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), bid on projects, generate leads, and connect with potential clients through cold calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update profiles on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Write and submit proposals to relevant client projects.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
Maintain client relationships and follow up to close deals.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and proposals.
Track and report daily/weekly sales activities and outcomes.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Requirements0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or bidding (freshers can apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of IT services like web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
