About the Role:
Join Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience, and work on the Adobe CS Tech Support Process. We’re looking for passionate professionals who can handle technical queries along with consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer interactions (Calls & Chats)

Resolve technical issues related to Adobe products

Provide solution-based support with upselling/cross-selling

Achieve CSAT, Quality, Productivity & Sales targets

Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year Tech + Sales experience (International BPO preferred)

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Graduation mandatory (Computer background preferred)

Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Package:

Fresher (Tech + Sales Knowledge): ₹27,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
