Location: Indore (On-site)
Preferred Candidate Location: Indore
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of Voice Process Executive. The role primarily involves interacting with UK-based customers through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a customer-first approach will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK customers
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Record customer interactions and update call details in the system
• Follow up with customers whenever required
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with UK customers over calls
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in the UK Shift
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Indore
