📍 Bangalore (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage office IT operations, cloud systems, and enterprise networking in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Role Overview:
Handle end-to-end IT infrastructure, user support, and cloud administration while ensuring system security, performance, and smooth daily operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Windows/macOS systems and endpoint devices
• Administer Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
• Handle Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Configure routers, switches, VPN & firewalls
• Support Azure cloud services
• Provide L1–L3 IT support
• Maintain IT asset tracking & documentation
• Ensure backups, security & monitoring

🔹 Required Technical Skills:
• Windows Server & system administration
• Microsoft Azure knowledge
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Firewall & security awareness
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Endpoint management tools
• Basic scripting (PowerShell/Linux preferred)
