📋 Role Overview

Schedule: 6 Days Working

🔑 Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations:

Catalog Management: End-to-end management of product/event listings, ensuring high-quality descriptions and visuals.

Order Fulfillment: Manage the full lifecycle of orders, registrations, and user data.

Logistics Coordination: Work closely with vendors to track deliveries and ensure timely service.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and generate basic performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Digital Marketing & Growth:

Campaign Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and platform growth activities.

Social Engagement: Help manage social media touchpoints and handle customer queries to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Performance Tracking: Monitor basic traffic and conversion metrics to suggest platform improvements.

✅ Requirements

Education: Graduate (Any field).

Experience: Minimum 6 months in E-commerce Operations or Digital Marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and a basic understanding of SEO or Social Media marketing.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive "startup" mindset.
