Desktop Support Engineer

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic networking issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
• Handle user queries and provide timely technical support.
• Perform hardware replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and service reports.
• Follow support SLA and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop hardware.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of printers and peripheral devices.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to provide onsite technical support.

Qualification: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
