Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and system-related issues.

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees and users.

• Configure and maintain network devices, access points, and IP settings.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.

• Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and networking equipment.

• Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.

• Understanding of router and switch configuration.

• Knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and access point configuration.

• Experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.

• Basic hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

• Understanding of network connectivity and IP configuration.

• Familiarity with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.

• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support, hardware, or networking.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills may also apply.

• IT, Computer Science, or a related technical qualification is preferred.
