About the Role

We are looking for a talented SEO/SMO Executive who can manage organic growth, social media visibility, keyword ranking, content optimization, and branding strategies for multiple international clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, social media campaigns, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

🔍 SEO Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.

• Execute on-page SEO: Meta tags, keyword density, internal linking, URL structure, schema, alt tags, etc.

• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team for fixes.

• Plan and execute off-page activities: backlink building, outreach, guest posts, classified submissions, etc.

• Improve organic ranking, traffic growth, and conversion-oriented SEO.

• Track and monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

• Optimize website pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.

• Work with content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.

📱 SMO Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

• Plan creative social media content calendars.

• Run and monitor social media campaigns & ads (optional but preferred).

• Improve brand visibility, page engagement, and follower growth.

• Coordinate with graphic designers for posting creatives, stories, reels, and videos.

• Analyze social media insights and prepare reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, digital marketing strategies, and social media optimization.

• Understanding of Google Algorithm updates.

• Hands-on experience with tools like:

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Analytics

  • Ahrefs / SEMrush

  • Screaming Frog

  • Canva / Figma (basic)

• Excellent understanding of keywords, backlinks, domain authority, and ranking factors.

• Creative thinking and good communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple client projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.

• 1–4 years of experience in SEO/SMO.

• Prior experience in an IT company or digital marketing agency is preferred.
