Team lead- mernstack developer

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Write well designed and efficient code, using software development best practices

· Creating servers and databases for functionality.

· Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

· Be responsible for testing and fixing bugs or other coding & accessibility issues

· Designing and developing APIs to integrate with other software when required

· Build robust server-side applications using Node.js.

· Develop RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.

· Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.

· Deploy and manage web applications on servers or cloud platforms.

· Deep knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries (e.g., Redux).

· Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.

· Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

· Integrate third-party APIs and services into the application.

· Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

· Write unit tests and conduct debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.

· Design and maintain databases using MySQL, MongoDB, or similar data base.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.

· Meet the ongoing software development needs of the organization, whether creating new applications or modifying and expanding existing applications.

· Must have proficiency with the MERN stack

Required Qualification & Knowledge:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.

· Experience with React.js, Redux, or other state management libraries for frontend development.

· Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for backend development.

· Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

· Required Experience- 4- 5 years
