We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tech Team Leader who can lead a team of 7–10 developers, drive technical excellence, manage end-to-end project delivery, and communicate confidently with clients. This is a senior leadership role that requires both strong hands-on technical skills and the ability to mentor, coordinate, and inspire a development team.

•      Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7–10 full-stack developers on a day-to-day basis.

•      Plan, architect, and oversee end-to-end development of scalable web and mobile applications.

•      Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

•      Design and optimize database structures across SQL and NoSQL systems.

•      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and deliver product features.

•      Communicate directly with international clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

•      Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

•      Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively upgrade existing systems.

•      Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development workflows.

•      Track team performance, manage delivery timelines, and report project status to stakeholders.

•      Drive adoption of AI tools and modern development practices across the team.

•      Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

•      Lead and deliver AI-driven projects by integrating AI/ML capabilities, LLM APIs, and intelligent automation into web and mobile products.

•      Oversee and guide Flutter-based cross-platform mobile app development alongside Android projects.

•      Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience leading an engineering team of 7+ members.

•      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•      Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management ability.

•      Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical deliverables.

•      Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making mindset.

•      Ability to work independently and drive accountability within the team.

•      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, agile environment.

•      Mentoring mindset — committed to growing developers at all levels.

•      Education: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•      Prior experience working with international clients across US, UK, or European markets.

•      Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

•      Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

•      Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

•      Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques.

•      Hands-on experience building or leading AI-driven projects (LLM integration, AI APIs, intelligent automation, or similar).

•      Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development (iOS & Android).

•      Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask for backend or AI/ML development.

•      Work on diverse, high-impact projects for clients across three continents.
