About Us

Experience in selling IT services such as staffing, consulting, and managed services is highly desirable. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed QUARTERLY sales targets. Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building. Manage, farm, and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client pain points and challenges and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, pricing, and terms. Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and adhered to. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 12 plus years of poven experience in business development and account management, specifically in IT service-based companies. Must showcase a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous years. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in selling IT services such as staffing, consulting, and managed services is highly desirable.
