About Us

We are hiring a Tech Support Engineer to provide efficient technical assistance to clients and internal teams. The candidate should have a problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, or onsite visits.

  • Install, configure, and maintain software & hardware systems.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to networking, applications, and servers.

  • Maintain logs of issues and solutions.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client technical problems.

  • At least 6 months experience in technical support.

  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with good communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
