About the Job: As a Business Development Sales & Marketing Executive, youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling content and campaigns that communicate our product s unique value propositions. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, showcasing benefits and key differentiators. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure. Analyze and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to adjust strategies effectively. Represent TechUp Labs at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and expand our network. Drive continuous improvement in business development, sales, and marketing processes to maximize efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry, with a strong record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Strong ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a technology startup or SaaS environment. Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics platforms. Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Ability to develop and manage strategic partner relationships effectively.
