We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer Intern passionate about learning design and content creation with an opportunity to gain hands on experience in developing engaging eLearning courses

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze client inputs and understand eLearning requirements

• Define clear learning objectives and course structures

• Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courseware

• Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training materials, and evaluation plans

• Support and participate in all phases of instructional design and development

• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality learning solutions

• Work on both technical and non-technical content topics

Requirements

• Any Graduate (Engineering / Arts & Science / Journalism / Mass Communication)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Basic understanding of instructional design principles

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

• Ability to quickly learn new tools, concepts, and technologies

• Good attitude and willingness to take feedback
