Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal, Contra).
Prepare and maintain Cash Book & Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare GST working, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Input reconciliation.
Assist in filing TDS returns and maintaining related records.
Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare profit & loss, balance sheet, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime or relevant ERP system.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
