Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of MAP 49 processes, maintaining 100% client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Your contribution directly impacts client retention, operational efficiency, and process adherence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure complete calendar adherence (core & support sessions).
• Oversee client implementation and adherence to all processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports & departmental matrices.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients & internal departments.
• Add value by identifying areas of improvement for clients.
• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups for all operational tasks.

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain all client implementation reports.
• Update and maintain departmental matrix scores.
• Ensure calendar adherence for all scheduled sessions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on implementations.
• Coordinate with various departments and MIS team.
• Share required communication through emails.
• Monitor team performance and task adherence.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Share weekly reports with clients.
• Generate weekly implementation reports.
• Ensure timely update of departmental reports.
• Manage upcoming session/event calendar.
• Conduct weekly review for team, self, and departmental matrix.

Monthly Responsibilities

• Create monthly reports for MMR.
• Prepare and share monthly client calendars.
• Update monthly client and organizational data.
