Operations Manager

Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for new and existing clients. • Review and validate customer documents such as identity proof, address proof, and financial records. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI, AML norms). • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) where required. • Identify and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies in customer profiles. • Maintain accurate records of KYC documentation and update systems regularly. • Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, operations, onboarding) to resolve KYC-related issues. • Support periodic KYC reviews and remediation projects. • Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
