Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce and exposure to other CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems to support business operations and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions).
Customize Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
Ensure data integrity, data security, and system performance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and applications.
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Exposure to other CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.).
Knowledge of automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Basic understanding of integrations (APIs, third-party tools).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
Experience with data migration and data cleansing.
Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards.
Basic knowledge of Apex or Visualforce (added advantage).
