About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient Services to join our healthcare-focused team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Leverage hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud to support Patient Services and healthcare workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, development teams, QA, and project stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions while maintaining high-quality documentation and process standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience working on Patient Services implementations.
• Excellent knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing UAT planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce specialization.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
