About the Role

Reqista Constructions is looking for a responsible and hands-on Civil Site Engineer / Project Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently and according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.

- Read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.

- Plan daily and weekly site activities and coordinate manpower.

- Supervise RCC, PCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, drainage and other civil works.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, labour teams, vendors and site supervisors.

- Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.

- Monitor quality, workmanship and construction specifications.

- Take measurements and maintain daily site records.

- Assist in BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and billing.

- Track project progress against the planned schedule.

- Identify site issues and report major technical/commercial matters to management.

- Ensure proper site safety practices and housekeeping.

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and communicate project updates to management.

- Support project completion, snagging and handover activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction execution.

- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and drainage works.

- Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.

- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and billing.

- Good site coordination and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors.

- Problem-solving and practical site management ability.

Preferred

- Experience in residential construction and/or infrastructure/railway civil works.

- Knowledge of measurement and RA billing.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
