About the Role

LEVENUS PROMAXX VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager with proven expertise in executing high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, site management, cost control, quality assurance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete project planning, scheduling, and execution of high-rise building projects
• Overall site supervision and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control as per approved structural and architectural drawings
• Monitor project budget, cost control, billing, and material management
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
• Client coordination and periodic progress reporting
• Handling government approvals and liaison work (if required)
• Risk identification and effective problem-solving during project execution

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in high-rise building construction
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination
• Experience handling projects of 10+ floors preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
