About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon E-Commerce Specialist (ATES) to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website

Handle drop-shipping operations and coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment

Maintain accurate product catalogs including descriptions, pricing, and images

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking

Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality images

Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports

Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to run promotions and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product listing optimization

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
