Senior Sales Executive – Solar EPC

Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy sector)

Education: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical) / BBA / MBA

CTC: As per experience and industry standards

 

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Solar EPC division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, handling tendering processes, and driving business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities in Solar EPC and renewable energy segments.

- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Prepare and participate in technical and commercial tenders, both private and government.

- Coordinate with internal teams for project costing, proposal preparation, and timely submission of bids.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities (DISCOMs, GETCO, etc.).

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the renewable energy domain.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

- Update and manage sales data in CRM and prepare regular reports for management review

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy business development.

- Strong understanding of tendering processes, especially DISCOM/GETCO and government tenders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Govt. / Utility-scale solar projects will be preferred.

- Sound technical understanding of solar power systems and EPC processes.

- Willingness to travel as per business requiremen
