Lead overall accounting & finance operations.
Supervise GST, TDS, Income Tax & other compliance.
Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, MIS reports.
Finalize accounts & coordinate with auditors.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Oversee junior team members and ensure accuracy in reporting.
RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA/ICWA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6 years in accounting
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, taxation laws, audits & compliances
Leadership qualities & ability to manage a finance team
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
