Outreach - Identify, research, and engage potential clients via email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels. Lead Qualification - Assess potential customers pain points, needs, and interest in our solutions. Sales Development - Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a strong handover. Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and refine outreach strategies. CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity in HubSpot What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a SaaS/ startup environment. Experience working in the US market - understanding of buyer behavior and sales cycles in North America. Background in eCommerce or data solutions preferred - familiarity with eCommerce business model, platforms, analytics tools, or related technologies is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. This would involve significant cold calling. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal management. Experience using sales engagement tools, AI tools exposure enablement readiness.
