About Us:
Prabisha Consulting is a UK-based IT, HR, and Digital Consulting company helping businesses with
technology, HR solutions, digital marketing, and innovation-driven services. We are seeking an energetic
and motivated Business Development Consultant to join us on a commission-only basis.
Role Overview:
The consultant will focus on generating new business opportunities for Prabisha Consulting’s IT, HR, and
Digital services. This role is purely commission-based, offering a flat 20% commission on all successful
first-time engagements with new clients. Service delivery will be managed entirely by the Prabisha team
– the consultant’s role is strictly business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients across UK and global markets.
Promote Prabisha’s IT, HR, and Digital service offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
Coordinate with Prabisha’s internal team for proposals, presentations, and closing deals.

Earning Potential (Illustration):
If you secure the following average deals per month:
Website Development: 2 clients × £1,000 each = £2,000 → £400 commission
Digital Marketing: 4 clients × £500 each = £2,000 → £400 commission
SEO Services: 2 clients × £500 each = £1,000 → £200 commission

Higher performance = higher income (no upper limit).
