Project Management: Support US account managers with multiple client podcast projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Utilize Zoho Projects to assign tasks to team members, ensuring clarity, accountability, and project organization.
Client Communication: Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Coordinate timely client review and approval of podcast episode content, copy, and edits.
Meeting Attendance and Reporting: Attend client meetings to present progress reports, discuss strategies, and address any questions. Collaborate with clients to align project objectives with their goals.Team Coordination: Work closely with team members (account managers, video editors, copywriters, marketers) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Assign tasks based on project needs, optimizing resource allocation. Training in each of these areas will be given to allow you to further assist clients and US account managers
Minor Design Tasks and Social Media Publishing: Assist with minor design tasks, such as adding text to pre-designed templates. Oversee the publishing of podcast episodes and promotional content on social media, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights during the planning phase for new podcast projects, using industry trends and client objectives to inform recommendations.

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must work in-office full-time in Jaipur office during US hours 8 am - 5 pm. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in podcast production or digital marketing is preferred.
Familiarity with graphic design software and social media management tools.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure podcast and marketing success.
