GENERAL PURPOSE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Advanced
Compensation HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday to support and
optimize the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Advanced Compensation
processes. This role will be closely partnered with Compensation, HRIS, Total
Rewards, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless execution of annual and
off-cycle compensation events, including merit reviews, bonus cycles, and stock
grants.
