Full stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-driven Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of a next-generation AI-powered SaaS platform. This is a 0→1 build role, where you will work closely with product and business teams to architect and develop a scalable, intelligent system with a strong focus on automation, workflows, and data-driven decisioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Architecture & Development

• Design and build a scalable, modular architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into robust technical solutions

2. AI & Automation Systems

• Integrate LLMs and AI services for:
  • Content generation
  • Workflow automation
  • Intelligent recommendations
• Build systems that convert natural language inputs into structured actions
• Implement context-aware workflows and decision logic

3. Workflow & System Modules

• Develop core platform capabilities such as:
  • Task and workflow management systems
  • Scheduling and automation engines
  • Role-based access and approval systems
  • Asset/data management layers

4. Integrations & APIs

• Build and manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs
• Handle API constraints, rate limits, and error handling
• Ensure secure and scalable data exchange

5. Data & Insights Layer

• Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards
• Build systems for tracking performance and generating insights
• Enable actionable outputs from data using AI models

6. Performance, Security & Scalability

• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Design for multi-tenant environments and data isolation

7. Ownership & Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product
• Take full ownership from architecture to deployment
• Continuously improve system performance and developer workflows

Required Skills & Experience

Core Engineering

• 4–8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Frontend: React / Next.js
  • Backend: Node.js / Python
• Experience building scalable web applications

AI / LLM Experience

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI integrations
• Understanding of NLP concepts and conversational systems
• Experience with prompt engineering is a plus

System Design

• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of:
  • Multi-tenant systems
  • Role-based access control
  • Workflow engines

Database & Infrastructure

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with third-party platform integrations
• Background in automation or productivity tools
• Experience building analytics dashboards
