the Role
We are seeking dynamic professionals at multiple levels (AM, TL, Manager,
Sr. Manager) to lead the promotion and enrollment of disadvantaged candidates
under our flagship initiative โ First Job, then Education Admission Program
(Earn & Learn). This role requires strong leadership, communication,
and operational skills to ensure maximum outreach, effective enrollment, and
impactful execution across rural and urban communities.
๐ Key
Responsibilities
Market Research, Promotion & Outreach
- Conduct
surveys and implement strategies to promote the Earn & Learn Program.
- Organize
seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Build
partnerships with institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.
Job Fair & Campus Hiring
- Coordinate
with DEOs, schools, and colleges for job fairs.
- Source,
recruit, counsel, and onboard candidates.
- Liaise
with HO/HR and Skill Development Agencies for daily interview scheduling.
- Submit
daily reports via email/Google Sheets.
Enrollment Management
- Guide
students through transparent enrollment processes.
- Maintain
candidate records and progress tracking.
- Achieve
monthly/quarterly placement and enrollment targets.
Team Leadership
- Lead and
mentor Gram_Mitra, Cluster, and Block Supervisors.
- Monitor
performance and ensure compliance with policies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate
with internal departments for smooth execution.
- Build
strong relationships with candidates, parents, and institutions.
Labour Mapping & Market Research
- Conduct
panchayat-level surveys and map local tradesmen.
- Appoint/manage
Gram_Mitra and Market Research Teams.
- Collect
and analyze consumer survey data.
Enrollment Follow-up & Collections
- Ensure
candidates complete admission formalities post-employment.
- Manage
daily order collection, analysis, and distribution via Gram_Mitra.
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs
or Masterโs degree preferred (any discipline).
- 3โ12
years of experience in education, training, sales, or enrollment
management.
- Proven
track record in team leadership and target achievement.
- Strong
communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability
to work in field, hybrid, or remote setups.
