Job Description for Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Time: 10 AM to 7PM

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Education – Graduate

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.

Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Administer aptitude tests or other assessments, if required.

Reference Checks:

Verify candidate references to ensure their accuracy and suitability for the role.

Offer Negotiation:

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all aspects of the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

Reporting and Metrics:

Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Use data to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
