*About the Role*
Ideal Sheet is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the company's recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for managing people-related processes efficiently.
_*Key Responsibilities*_
*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across departments.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
• Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
*Reporting & Compliance*
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment, attendance, and employee data.
• Assist in HR compliance documentation and audit requirements.
• Support management with HR-related reports and analytics.
*Required Skills*
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Coordination, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates residing in Ahmedabad will be given preference
