We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our company website, social media platforms, and IT products. The role requires a strong understanding of technology, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a flair for storytelling. 

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for the company website, including service pages, blogs, landing pages, and case studies • Develop content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) aligned with brand tone and marketing goals • Create product-related content such as product descriptions, feature explanations, user guides, brochures, and FAQs • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to produce relevant and impactful content • Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all communication channels • Optimize content using basic SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field • Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in an IT / SaaS / Technology company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner • Experience writing content for websites, social media, and digital products • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization • Strong research skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
