Job Description – Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, solid front-end development knowledge, and the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites that align with client needs and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and present creative website design ideas with clients.

• Design and maintain visually engaging and responsive websites.

• Test and improve website performance, usability, and functionality.

• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

• Design visual imagery, layouts, color schemes, and fonts aligned with brand identity.

• Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) for content management.

• Communicate design ideas using wireframes, site maps, and process flows.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth user experiences.

• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.

  • Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web standards.
