🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
  
  

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs
  
  

• Work with developers to implement designs
  
  

• Ensure websites are responsive across all devices
  
  

• Improve website usability and user experience
  
  

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
  
  

• Perform basic website updates and maintenance
  
  

🔹 Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva)
  
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and responsive design
  
  

• Understanding of UI/UX principles
  
  

• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
  
  

• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
  
  

🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
  
  

• Basic understanding of JavaScript
  
  

• Experience with animations or micro-interactions
  
  

• SEO-friendly design understanding
  
  

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, BCA, MCA, BTech
