Ai Specialist

MindSuite Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and create intelligent systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights through advanced machine learning and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications.

• Work on NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics projects.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.

• Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI and deep learning.

• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

• Prepare detailed documentation, model reports, and deployment guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML development.

• Proficient in Python, R, or Java.

• Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and neural networks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment (APIs, Docker, FastAPI).

• Experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib).

• Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
