We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller / Business Development Executive to help promote our innovative software products to universities and colleges. you'll engage with senior decision-makers, present the value of our software, and schedule free demos. The role involves coordinating with clients and our team to ensure demo attendance and following up until a purchase decision is made. Key Responsibilities Client Outreach : Engage with Deans, Principals, IT Heads, and other senior administrators in educational institutions to introduce our software products. Product Presentation : Communicate the features and benefits of our software solutions, showing how they meet client needs. Demo Scheduling : Persuade clients to sign up for a free demo, schedule sessions, and coordinate with all involved parties. Coordination & Follow-Up : Ensure demo attendance by providing reminders, address pre-demo queries, and follow up after demos to move clients toward purchase decisions. Sales Support : Track interactions, demo schedules, and client follow-ups, collaborating with the sales and product teams to close deals. Reporting : Maintain accurate call records, client feedback, and scheduling updates, and provide weekly progress reports. Required Skills Communication : Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex software solutions in an engaging way. Persuasion : Strong skills to motivate clients to attend demos and handle objections effectively. Organization : Ability to manage client interactions, schedule demos, and coordinate effectively. Customer Service : Friendly, proactive, and responsive in handling queries. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Able to work independently, stay motivated, and meet targets for calls, demo scheduling, and follow-ups. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree (any field) preferred. Experience : 0-1 year in telecalling, sales, customer service, or business development roles. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable learning and explaining software products. Availability : Immediate joining required. Benefits Work from Home : Flexible work environment.
