Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads for CHAPTER.1 software.
• Pitch and present product demos to startups, MSMEs, and small business owners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide the right solution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product team for feedback and growth.
• Basic understanding of accounting software/finance tools will be a plus.
• Comfortable with field sales as well as virtual demos.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Telecaller, or in a similar role (IT/software sales preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Basic understanding of finance concepts to explain the product effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
