We are seeking an energetic and results-driven IT Sales & Account Representative to build and maintain relationships with our B2B clients and tech buyers. In this role, you will act as a consultant to help businesses identify the right infrastructure solutions, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure our clients receive the exceptional service we are known for.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for businesses and tech enthusiasts, helping them source hardware, workstations, and networking essentials.
Inbound Sales Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, stock availability, and bulk pricing (e.g., sourcing products like enterprise wireless headsets, networking gear, etc.).
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell tech infrastructure solutions to existing clients.
Order Coordination: Work closely with our inventory and shipping teams to ensure quick processing and live up to our promise of fast shipping.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current hardware trends, specifications, and new inventory arrivals.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware sales, customer success, or account management (B2B experience is a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking components, and business tech accessories.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand a business's technical requirements and recommend the ideal hardware solutions.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
