Job Description

A Jewellery Showroom Sales Executive drives revenue by welcoming customers, providing personalized styling advice, and expertly showcasing gold, diamond, and precious gemstone collections. They are responsible for understanding client needs, managing counter inventory, processing payments, and achieving individual sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Styling: Greet customers, understand their requirements and budgets, and assist them in selecting pieces such as bridal, daily wear, or custom jewellery.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on product features like metal purity (e.g., 18k/22k gold), diamond certifications (e.g., cut, color, clarity), and current jewellery trends.
  • Sales & Targets: Actively cross-sell or up-sell items to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly showroom sales targets.
  • Showroom & Inventory Management: Arrange and maintain clean, visually appealing product displays. Conduct daily stock counts, manage opening and closing inventory records, and ensure proper security for all items.
  • Billing & Transactions: Process customer payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handle cash/card transactions, and assist with exchanges or returns.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term client relationships by informing them of new arrivals, loyalty programs, and festive promotions
