Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and client coordination. The role involves handling inquiries, supporting the sales team with lead management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including housekeeping coordination, invoicing, and cash collection.
Responsibilities:
Handle all client inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly.
Redirect new leads and inquiries to the Sales/Marketing team and coordinate for conversions.
Manage front-desk operations including clinic opening/closing, key handling, and basic housekeeping coordination.
Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination with doctors/therapists.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment details in the system.
Ensure medical consent forms are completed and billing, invoicing, and collections are handled correctly.
Follow up with clients for appointments and support a positive clinic experience.
Collect client feedback and handle basic complaints.
Support sales promotions and maximize walk-in conversions ethically.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in front desk or client relations (healthcare/retail preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, billing, and MS Office.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
